Site Fees
Choose a site to suit your event and your budget. There are 12 different sites, including two indoor spaces that can host your event, be it a wedding ceremony in the gardens, a corporate function in the air-conditioned event centre, or a social club event on the lawns.
*Please note, we receive a high volume of enquiries for some of the sites.
To guarantee your space, a deposit is required.

Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Guest parking is available via Gardens Road and Geranium Street with overflow parking available at Mindil Beach.
Can vehicles access the event sites for setup?
Vehicle access can be permitted with approval and must follow strict Botanic Gardens traffic rules and permits.
Are fireworks allowed at events?
No. Fireworks and naked flames are not permitted within the Botanic Gardens unless with permision from Botanic Gardens Department, NT Government.
Can we use candles at events?
Candles may only be used if enclosed in a glass or fireproof container and approved by management.
Can we use confetti at our event?
Confetti is not permitted in the Botanic Gardens. Eco-friendly alternatives such as bubbles or petals may be used in small quantities.
Are decorations allowed in the gardens?
Decorations are permitted but must be approved by the event manager and must not damage gardens or buildings.
Can marquees be installed in the gardens?
Marquees may be used, but ground penetration such as stakes or star pickets is not permitted.
Do external vendors require insurance?
Yes. External suppliers must provide public liability insurance documentation before the event
